Returns & Exchanges

At PIPE AND ROW, we want you to love your curated pieces; if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or the RA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
